By booking an appointment at Casa Dante, you acknowledge and agree to the following booking policies.
Cancellations
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. This fee must be settled before booking a future appointment.
No Shows
At Casa Dante, we have a strict no-show policy. If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a charge of 100% of the scheduled service may be applied. This amount must be paid before any future bookings can be made.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the inability to book future services.
Our team reserves the right to decline bookings in these circumstances.
